I used to live in a two-legged-beast-free forest. I did not need to have my heart in my beak every time I heard an unnatural noise.

On my one-year-old birthday, I clearly remembered the white smoke emitted from a vertical channel. The smell was awful: unlike any other predators, it was…unnatural. I thought if I was alert enough, my life would not be affected by those intruders. I was wrong.

My sister was taken away by a female beast. A powerful monster in silver trapped her petite body. It was a cage, a prison designed to take away our freedom.
